📥Digital Products

• All of our coloring and activity books are digital downloads (PDF files).

• Because these items are delivered electronically, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

✅Refunds May Be Granted If:

• You purchased the same item more than once by accident.

• The file is corrupted or damaged and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

• You received the wrong file (example: wrong title delivered).

❌Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Incompatibility with your device, if the PDF file opens normally on standard readers.
